RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGE
  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
  • As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
  • Exchange of size is possible subject to the below mentioned conditions in Exchange Policy. Please refer to the section ‘EXCHANGE OF SIZE’ for further details.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, the replacement of the product would be done. Please refer to the section ‘Returns’ for further details.
  • Cancellation of order is only possible within 24 hours of order placement. Please refer to the section ‘Cancellations’ for further details.
  • All the sale & discounted items are excluded from Exchange.
  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange of sizes.
  • In all cases of cancellations, size exchange, wrong delivery etc. you can drop us an email at [email protected] and we will revert within 24 working hours. Please always mention your Order No. and contact details in the correspondence.
EXCHANGE OF SIZE (ONLY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS)
    • As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
    • Once the product is sold it can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size of the same product, provided the requested size is available. We will issue a credit note for our customers, when desired size of the product is not in stock.
    • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
    • For size exchange, the customer may contact at [email protected] strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request for size exchange. The availability of desired size would be confirmed by team Keva. Subsequently, the exchanged article shall reach us within 7 days of delivery once the product exchange is approved.
    • The return shipment for the product to Keva office is responsibility of the customer. Keva will not be responsible for any lost shipment. The cost of return shipment is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend shipping through trackable postal services. Any returned items that are not received by Keva will be treated as not returned.

  • We do only size exchange once for all orders.
  • Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of exchange.
  • Please mention your name, address, mobile number, email id and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Keva and accept its decision regarding the exchange for sizes.

CANCELLATIONS

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected] .

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, complete amount would be credited to the customer in form of a refund voucher. This voucher would have 1 year validity, which can be used for further purchases through Keva.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Keva and accept its decision regarding the order cancellation.

RETURNS

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us a photo of the damaged or wrongly delivered product at [email protected] The team Keva must receive and approve your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Subsequently, the product would be return picked by our courier partner.

Replacement process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the product for Replacement after appropriate quality checks.

  • Return request is not accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. 10-12% color difference is possible depending on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect a return for the same.
  • Once approved as an eligible return, we will replace the product within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Keva and accept it’s decision regarding the return validation that is, if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for returns.
